MasterShunt is the heart of any battery-powered energy system. This integrated battery monitor shares battery bank information with other devices supporting MasterBus, CZone, or NMEA 2000, such as battery chargers, inverters/chargers, and displays. With the MasterShunt, you avoid surprises, improve comfort, and extend the lifespan of your batteries and the operating time of your system. The MasterShunt 500 CZone provides all the necessary information for battery bank monitoring and system management, such as voltage, current, state of charge, and time remaining. With just one MasterBus or CZone cable, all information is available for your energy system. By accurately measuring current and state of charge, the MasterShunt can precisely determine the time remaining. Programmable events and an integrated clock allow you to fully automate your system. Examples include automatically starting your generator when the batteries are low (or delaying this at night), as well as automatic warnings at a certain depth of discharge. The proven MasterShunt design has been improved to achieve an even higher level of accuracy and control. The MasterShunt now also takes the characteristics of the connected battery into account. The MasterShunt 500 CZone offers freedom in choosing the fuse type, fuse rating, and location. The battery monitor comes with an internal busbar, which is useful when an external fuse holder is selected. If the MasterShunt is installed near the battery, the busbar can be replaced with an ANL or Class T main fuse, saving space and costs.

Wettelijke Garantie

Volgens de Nederlandse wet heeft u recht op een goed product. Dit betekent dat het artikel moet voldoen aan de redelijke verwachtingen die u ervan mag hebben. Mocht een product bij normaal gebruik binnen de verwachte levensduur defect raken, dan zullen wij zorgen voor reparatie of vervanging.

Fabrieksgarantie

Naast de wettelijke garantie bieden veel van onze merken (zoals Talamex, Lewmar, Mastervolt, etc.) een eigen fabrieksgarantie. De duur en voorwaarden van deze garantie verschillen per fabrikant en staan meestal vermeld in de producthandleiding of op de verpakking. Nautic Watersport bemiddelt voor u bij garantieclaims richting de fabrikant.

Wat valt buiten de garantie?

Watersportartikelen worden blootgesteld aan uitdagende elementen. De garantie is niet van toepassing op defecten veroorzaakt door:

• Onjuiste installatie: Schade ontstaan door montage die niet volgens de handleiding is uitgevoerd.
• Normale slijtage: Artikelen zoals lijnen, anodes, impellers en zeilen zijn onderhevig aan natuurlijke slijtage door gebruik.
• Gebruik in extreme condities: Schade door verwaarlozing, gebrekkig onderhoud (bijv. niet afspoelen met zoet water na gebruik op zee) of blootstelling aan chemicaliën.
• Onjuist gebruik: Gebruik van het product voor doeleinden waarvoor het niet is ontworpen.
• Eigen aanpassingen: Indien u zelf reparaties heeft uitgevoerd of het product heeft aangepast zonder schriftelijke toestemming.

Procedure bij defecten

Heeft u een technisch probleem met een bij ons aangeschaft artikel?

Volg dan deze stappen:

• Neem direct contact met ons op via info@nauticwatersport.nl met een omschrijving van het defect en uw ordernummer.
• Stuur indien mogelijk foto’s van het probleem mee.

Wij beoordelen of het defect onder de garantie valt en informeren u over de verdere afhandeling (reparatie, vervanging of retourzending).
